Forgotten password
Whether it's for your client area or an email address, recovering a password only takes a few minutes.
Client area password

Go to gigaweb.be and click Client access.

A “Forgot your password?” link appears after a login attempt. Click it.

Enter the email address linked to your account.

You'll receive an email with a reset link: follow the instructions it contains.
Email address password

Log in to your Control Panel.

Go to the Mail tab in the menu.

Select the relevant email address and enter the new password you want.
